The Future of Content

After attending SMCSYD and UTSpeaks this week which were both around ownership of content, I wanted to write something on my thoughts around the future of online content.

This presentation is more of my general thoughts rather than a summary of either of the events. You can pick up a great summary plus presenter slides from SMCSYD from Jye’s blog, and you can pick up the transcript and audio from UTSpeaks here.

  1. Nice work as always, kiddo! How long did it take you to find all those images? Impressively appropriate.

  2. I was thinking the same thing.. but maybe I’m just becoming agency-cynical and lazy with my own images? :)

Nice presentation of ideas, Jess. Echoing most of your sentiment: there’s a role for all the different stakeholders to play – between creatives, brands and agencies, we all want different outcomes.

Perhaps a round table to follow up these topics would be a good idea. Contact me if you want me to pull something together, would love to have you be a part of it.

  3. Jess,

    I like this.
